Brands order tailored bike packaging
Lopoda offers cardboard bike boxes in the same way that traditional packaging providers do today – with one key difference… the packaging is reusable up to 10 times. This way, any bike brand or retailer can achieve a drastically lower Co2, water and waste impact. They can even reduce their waste bill.
3.
The end customer requests the box is collected.
Having received the bike, the end customers no longer need to dispose of the empty box, instead they simply request it is collected for free through one simple QR code scan. Both home receivers and shops receivers find it much more convenient.

Brands pack & send bikes using current logistics providers.
Our customers follow the same procurement and packing processes as they are used to. Lopoda handles all the box return and quality control processes. Its business as usual for the brands, Lopoda handles all the circular activity.

Lopoda performs detailed quality screening - then the box is reused
Following a robust quality control process, reusable boxes return to inventory awaiting another order. Each time a Lopoda box is reused, it saves a new box being made, prevents an old box being recycled and thereby dramatically reduces waste.
